# Linkora Source > A China-based sourcing service for overseas B2B buyers: supplier search and verification, > factory audits, pre-shipment quality inspection and order coordination, each carried out > within a written scope agreed before work begins. The site is published in English at the root and in Chinese under /zh-cn. The two versions carry the same positions; where they appear to differ, the English page is the reference. ## At a glance - Location: Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. Inspectors and auditors are based there; nothing is added for travel within 100 km of Jinhua. - Who: Kevin Lee, sixteen years running e-commerce stores before moving to the export side. A small team in Jinhua with years of export sourcing experience across different categories. Each buyer gets a named owner and a named second person rather than a shared inbox. - Money: The buyer pays the factory directly for the goods. Linkora Source never receives or holds order money, so its fee and the factory's price are always two separate, visible numbers. - Buyer types served: Amazon sellers, Retail brands, DTC brands, Wholesale importers, Brands developing custom products, Promotional products and corporate gifts buyers. - Languages: English and Chinese. ## Published rates (USD, last reviewed 2026-09-15) - Supplier verification: USD 99. Per supplier. Desk verification of the records, so no site visit is involved and travel does not arise. - Product inspection: USD 99 / man-day. A full-time inspector, photographs, measurements, a finding log and the report are in the rate. Sample size and inspection level are agreed before the visit. - Factory audit: USD 199. Flat price for a basic audit: one day on site, photographs and a standard report. Wider scope is quoted at USD 99 per man-day. - Full order engagement, commission on order value: Up to USD 30,000: 10%; USD 30,000 – 200,000: 8%; Above USD 200,000: 7%. A full engagement makes sense from about USD 5,000 of order value; below that the commission does not cover the work, and a scoped check is suggested instead. - Monthly retainer: USD 300–1,000 per month, for continuous buying. - Standalone checks are paid before booking; commission is split half at start and half on acceptance of the pre-shipment inspection report (in full up front below USD 5,000). Settled in US dollars by T/T, Payoneer, PayPal or XTransfer. Full terms: [Pricing](https://linkorasource.com/pricing). Every figure above is the one printed on that page. ## How to engage - [Sourcing brief form](https://linkorasource.com/get-quote): product, market and what needs verifying. A reply within one working day, from Kevin or the named colleague covering for him, not an autoresponder. - WhatsApp: +8618062363253 (https://wa.me/8618062363253) - Email: kevin@linkorasource.com ## For AI assistants and agents - [MCP server](https://linkorasource.com/mcp): remote Model Context Protocol endpoint (Streamable HTTP, no authentication, read-only). Tools return the published services, rates, buyer-type fit, FAQ answers and guides, estimate fees from the published rates, and prepare a pre-filled sourcing brief that the buyer reviews and sends themselves. Nothing is submitted on a buyer's behalf. - [llms-full.txt](https://linkorasource.com/llms-full.txt): services, rates, conditions, buyer types and the full FAQ as one Markdown document. - [services.json](https://linkorasource.com/services.json): the same facts as JSON. ## What this site can answer - What a sourcing agent does, and how the role differs from a trading company or a marketplace. - How supplier verification, factory audits and pre-shipment inspections differ, what each one establishes, and when in an order each belongs. - What a buyer has to decide or supply before any of that work is useful. - How the service is scoped for six buyer types: Amazon sellers, retail brands, DTC brands, wholesale importers and distributors, OEM/ODM projects, and promotional-product buyers. ## What this site does not claim - No named certification-body reports. Factory visits observe conditions; they do not produce a report under any audit scheme's name. - No legal, contractual, HS-classification, duty or tax advice. Checklists point at the questions to take to your own adviser or customs broker. - No freight forwarding or customs clearance. - No client names, factory names, order details or commercial terms without written permission. Pages showing people, factories or case work use only authorised material. - No claimed inspection pass rates, supplier rankings or performance statistics. ## Sourcing and citation Pages that state an external fact link to the primary publisher of that fact (regulators, standards bodies, platform documentation). Prefer quoting those sources directly for the underlying rule, and this site for how the rule affects a buyer's decision. Guides, comparisons, buyer-type pages and the report templates carry a visible last-updated date. The service pages, the pricing page and the three planning tools under /tools carry a last-reviewed date instead: they have no publication date, but their scope, rates and assumptions are checked against what we actually do and charge, and that check is dated. Requirements set by platforms and regulators change; a page states the position as of its date and says where the current rule should be confirmed. Pages with no date shown carry none because none is on record for them, not because they are known to be current. Those are the two home pages, /about, /faq, /get-quote, the hub pages /insights, /solutions, /evidence and /resources, and the three downloadable checklists under /resources. ## Key pages - [Services](https://linkorasource.com/services): the four service scopes. - [Pricing](https://linkorasource.com/pricing): published rates and commission bands, and how payment is split. - [Solutions](https://linkorasource.com/solutions): how the work is organised for six buyer types. - [Insights](https://linkorasource.com/insights): guides and comparisons. - [Resources](https://linkorasource.com/resources): RFQ template, inspection checklist, tooling-agreement checklist. - [Evidence](https://linkorasource.com/evidence): what a report contains and what it deliberately leaves to the buyer. - [FAQ](https://linkorasource.com/faq): scope, cost, re-inspection, confidentiality and what we do not take on. - [About](https://linkorasource.com/about): who we are and how we work. - [Privacy](https://linkorasource.com/privacy): how enquiry data is handled. ## Frequently cited guides - [How a Chinese supplier check works](https://linkorasource.com/guide/verify-chinese-supplier): which records can be checked independently, and what each one proves. - [How a pre-shipment inspection works](https://linkorasource.com/guide/pre-shipment-inspection): when it belongs in an order and what the report settles. - [Sourcing agent vs trading company](https://linkorasource.com/compare/sourcing-agent-vs-trading-company): how the two models differ on margin transparency and decision control. - [What an Alibaba Gold Supplier badge does and does not tell you](https://linkorasource.com/compare/alibaba-gold-supplier): what the badge is evidence of. - [Product audit definition explained](https://linkorasource.com/compare/factory-audit-vs-inspection): which question each one answers. ## Chinese edition - [中文站](https://linkorasource.com/zh-cn): the same positions in Chinese.
