Who is responsible
The Linkora Source website is operated by the sourcing business described on this site, whose corporate registration is currently being completed. Until that registration is finalised we do not name an entity here rather than state one that is not yet correct, and this section will be updated with the registered name and address as soon as it is. Questions about this notice, or about information you have already submitted, can be sent directly to kevin@linkorasource.com, or raised through the sourcing brief form at /get-quote.
Information we collect
When you submit a sourcing brief through the sourcing brief form at /get-quote, we collect the fields you complete: your name, company and work email; the target market and product category; an estimated order value band, if you choose to select one; the primary need you pick from the list; the brief itself; and your consent to this notice. The form has no phone or WhatsApp field. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email instead, we hold whatever you send there, including the number or address you write from. Alongside your entries, each submission records the page you submitted from, a reference number and a timestamp. The quote endpoint applies basic abuse controls — a request size limit and a submission rate limit per IP address; the IP address is used only for that check, is held briefly in memory, and is not stored with your brief or passed to the email service. We do not ask for, and ask that you do not submit, sensitive personal information such as identity document numbers, financial account details or health information.
Why we use it
Submitted information is used to reply to your inquiry, judge whether the requested service is a suitable fit, prepare a quotation or scope, coordinate follow-up with you, and keep an internal record of the request. Where you are contacting us as a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial approach you initiated, and on taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Analytics runs only where you have given consent. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Who else processes it
Form submissions are transmitted by Web3Forms, which converts the submission into an email notification and delivers it to our business mailbox. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare's network, which processes connection data such as IP address in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Once received, inquiries are stored in the customer relationship system we operate internally, so that your request is tracked to a response. Where the analytics measurement ID is configured and you accept the analytics cookie, Google Analytics 4 also processes usage data. Each of these acts on our instructions or, in the case of Cloudflare and Google, under its own published terms.
International transfers
We are based in China and our team accesses inquiry information from there. Our service providers operate globally, so information you submit may be processed outside your own country, including outside the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and the United States. Where the law of your country restricts such transfers, we rely on your submission being necessary to take steps at your request prior to a contract, and we apply the same handling standards described in this notice wherever the information is accessed.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can recognise a returning buyer and evidence how an approach was handled, after which they are deleted. Where an inquiry becomes a commercial engagement, the related records are kept for the duration of that engagement and then for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your information earlier, as described below.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our use of it — and, depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. Send the request to kevin@linkorasource.com, or submit it through the sourcing brief form at /get-quote marking it as a privacy request, and tell us which company name and email address you used when you first contacted us, so that we can locate the record. We will respond within one month, and there is no charge. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept them. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept the analytics cookie banner, and only where a measurement ID has been configured; declining leaves every feature of the site fully working. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for 180 days. You can change it at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, which clears the stored choice and shows the banner again; declining or withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics from loading. No advertising or retargeting tags are present in this build. Cookies strictly necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure are set without consent, as the law permits.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the way we handle information changes. This version is dated 4 September 2026. Where a change materially affects people who have already contacted us, we will say so on this page.
