Who you are dealing with

The person on the other end of this has been the buyer.

Most China sourcing services are run by people who have always sat on the supply side. This one is not, and that shows up in what these pages worry about — a stockout costing a ranking, a reorder that changed under a listing, a factory that stopped scheduling a small account.

I spent sixteen years in e-commerce operations before this, running stores rather than supplying them — beauty and skincare, household goods, pet supplies, luggage, outdoor and cycling gear, hardware tools, small appliances and consumer electronics, across China's marketplaces. That is where the instincts on these pages come from. I have had the stockout that cost a ranking and paid to win the position back, and I have opened a reorder that was not the product the reviews were written about.

For the last two years the work has been on the export side: cross-border e-commerce operations for other people's brands, foreign-trade operations inside Chinese manufacturing, and building software for export sellers. Linkora Source came out of that combination — buyers kept asking for the same things, and the things they asked for were the things I had needed myself when I was the one placing the orders.

I am based in Jinhua, Zhejiang, inside the manufacturing belt most of this work happens in, which is why the travel radius on the pricing page starts there. I am not doing this alone: colleagues here have spent years on the export side across different categories, which is what makes it possible to cover a visit when I am at another factory, and to put someone on your product who has seen that product type before. What you get is a named person on your account rather than a shared inbox — and a named second person who can pick it up rather than a gap in the week.

How the work is run

Scope before activity

We agree the question, the evidence required and the working assumptions first. A general promise to handle everything is not a service definition, and it is the version hardest to hold anyone to afterwards.

Document what matters

Findings should help your team decide, not produce another opaque status update. Each one carries a date, a source and an explicit statement of what was not checked.

Say what we could not confirm

A supplier profile that treats verified and claimed as the same thing is worth very little. Where something could not be checked, the report says so rather than letting its absence read as a pass.

Keep ownership clear

Every brief has a defined response route, a handoff and a commercial boundary. The decision stays yours; what we provide is the evidence to make it.

Getting hold of us

We are eight to twelve hours ahead of most of the buyers we work with. A message sent at the end of your day has a reply waiting at the start of your next one, and anything happening at a factory reaches you on the day it happens rather than in a weekly summary.
