Service scope
Factory audit
Confirm whether a supplier can actually support your order before you commit.
An assessment of the supplier rather than the goods: whether the site exists as described, whether it can make your product at your volume, and how it controls what it makes. It belongs before you commit, while the finding can still change which supplier you choose.

01
Confirm the site and what runs on it
That the address given is a production site, that your product category is actually made there, and how the floor is kept. A registered company with a valid licence may still be a trading office.
02
Read capability against your order
Equipment, capacity and typical batch size measured against your volume rather than against their largest customer. A factory comfortable with 50,000 units can handle 2,000 badly.
03
Look at how quality is controlled
Incoming material checks, in-process control, final inspection, and whether the records exist in practice or only in the answer. Which processes are done in house and which leave the site — undisclosed subcontracting is an audit finding.
04
Observe and report site conditions
Working and site conditions as observed on the day, photographed and written up as seen, with what was not accessible stated plainly.
What you provide
- Your product and the volume you are planning for
- The entity details, so the site can be matched to the company
- What has to be true before you would commit — the questions the visit should answer
- Any capability or record you have been told about and want checked
What you get back
- A dated record with photographs of what was on site
- A capability read against your order rather than a general grade
- Findings on quality control and on any subcontracting
- An explicit list of what was not seen or could not be confirmed
Cost and timing
- Price
- USD 199 flat for a basic audit — one day on site, photographs and a standard report
- Wider scope
- USD 99 per man-day
- Report
- Within 48 hours of the site visit finishing
- Travel
- None within 100 km of Jinhua; beyond that quoted before the visit
- Paid
- Before the work is booked
What this is not
- Not an audit under a named scheme. We issue no report under BSCI, Sedex SMETA, or any other certification or social-compliance programme, and an observation here is not a finding under one.
- Not a substitute for a scheme audit your customer requires. Those are commissioned separately from an accredited body.
- Not a guarantee of future performance. It describes what was there on the day, which is why a re-audit belongs after a change of site, ownership or volume.
